Who We Are

Construction Management Team is a 3rd generation family owned and operated business since the late 70’s. We are a reputable company that proudly services the Northern Idaho Panhandle. 

We have a lot of diversity amongst us.

Leroy Ross, who started CMT, grew up in construction. He has built residential and commercial buildings as well as churches throughout his life. He acquired a Wood-Meizer LT40 band saw in 2009, and has enjoyed offering the service of milling lumber to his clients as well. Leroy began operating equipment on his father’s projects when he was 13 years old. He enjoys being able to provide a well balanced and thorough service to his clients, saving them time and money.

Leroy’s son, Rylen naturally took on his dad’s talents by working beside him from a young age. He furthered his skill set by entering into the public works realm enhancing his abilities with Oregon State Department of Transportation, and Spokane Valley as an accomplished equipment operator. He also holds certificates as a diesel mechanic. Rylen's son Cash is quickly following in his dad's foot steps as he begins learning how to operate and drive equipment with his dad by his side.

Dee, Leroy’s wife, started working in construction in 2001. She was trained in the field by top notch craftsmen, learning many tricks of the trade. She grew up on a dairy farm, learning and operating equipment. But when she’s not on the job, she is baking in her kitchen, a true Jill of all trades.
